This is a brand new laptop and recently got and I realized it had bad WiFi signal and Bluetooth. I am super mad. and I need help because I need my laptop for school.

There really isn't much you can do other than to update the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers to the latest versions that HP has for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with:
