I purchased this Pavilion laptop in 2015. The system was not working correctly and I tried the Windows Reset with no luck. I used the recovery downloaded when setting up the laptop from new. Now, I do not have a way to activate windows. I have tried many different methods of locating my product key. None of them work. Where do I find the needed information to proceed? Does HP have a organization license?

Your notebook came from HP with W10 Home, not Pro.

Download and install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it should show you the W10 OEM product key and the version of W10 the key is good for.
