Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop after installing the windows update.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to uninstall the update and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Few updates might cause issues, request not to install the update again after uninstalling it for a few weeks
