So I restarted my laptop one time and it was in an endless loop when restarting and would never start up. After browsing the forums, I found that numerous people have said to restore your computer to factory settings. I attempted to do this but I had received an error saying that it was missing some files. Now I feel like I am in a predicament because I can not even start up my computer to redownload windows 10. Please help!

Hi Cheryl! Thank you for your help but I can not find out where to go. My computer is rendered useless and this is all through my phone. I think I had found the correct place but the drivers that I need were not there

You need Recovery Media to boot from to reinstall Windows. If you can't click the link I posted above to Contact Support and you live in US or Canada call 800-474-6836
