Hello everyone,
When I bought my computer my operating system was windows 10 and it was working fine. The fans were getting activated when it was required or cpu and ram usage were ok. However, after I upgraded my pc to win 11 problems started to show themselves. I have detected these problems while I was playing Mount and Blade Bannerlord. Usually I use my computer with office programs and java idles. After using w11 for the first time, I saw that idle's response time(opening, closing, saving)became poorer and computer started to work slower compared to w10 version while using office programs. Than the opening and closing time got longer and longer. I have scanned the system with McAffe(paid version) for dozens of time. Nothing showed itself. Than I deleted McAffe. There were no viruses. My RAM usage was %44 when there were no running applications. Therefore I decided to do a factory reset via using windows tool. Windows deleted every files and booted itself again. There is a small change in the performance but I still feel and see the laggings. The RAM usage go beyond 24 percent to 40 when computer run no application. And when I opened the Device manager here what I saw the errors in second picture.
To solve this issue I did everything Intel suggests. I uninstalled, deleted and installed back xtu component but the problem has not solved. I still see the same ram usage and the computer gets slower even moving curse from one side to another but constantly get faster than slower. I am about to go insane. Thinking about returning to w10 with a usb stick since 1 mount has passed ☹.
Here is my system and some extra information:
Hp Pavilon Gaming 15
SSD 512 GB
CPU i5 9th gen
GPU Nvidia Gtx 1650
Ram 16 GB
Extra information: When I am in the bios menu the fans are working at full speed(as it should be) and the computer never gets overheated. However, when I am entering to any game the heat goes to 90 degree and the fans never get activated as they get in bios menu. The worse thing is even I have this setup(gpu ram ect) I can not see more than 24-30 fps in any game in lowest settings☹
