HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So HP Cloud Recovery is not detecting my Prod ID# which is why I'm trying this route.

I accidentally deleted all the drivers and partitions on my laptop a while back. I am trying to re-install it via the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool in USB.

The USB I have right now contains the Media Creation Tool contents + all the drivers from this website:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-spectre-15-ch000-x360-convertible-pc/model/20204703?sku=2LV2...

I insert the USB, turn on the laptop, and press F9 for Boot Manager. I have 3 options:

1. OS Boot Manager (UEFI) - Windows Boot Manager (SAMSUNG MZVLB512HAJQ-000H1)

2. USB Hard Drive (UEFI) - Samsung Flash Drive 1100

3. Boot from EFI File

If I choose #1, it does an auto repair, and can't diagnose it, thus I either have to shut down or choose another method.

When I choose #2, I can access the Windows Setup application. And I can reach the "Custom Installation" process.

From here, I have several options:

Drive 0 Partition 1: SYSTEM                           Total Size: 260 MB           Free space Type: 188 MB System

Drive 0 Partition 2                                            Total Size: 16MB               Free space Type: 16 MB MSR (Reserved)

Drive 0 Partition 3: Windows                         Total Size: 475 GB           Free space Type: 321 GB Primary

Drive 0 Partition 4: Windows RE tools        Total Size: 980 MB           Free space Type: 187 MB Recovery

These options used to not be there so I think I'm headed down the right path. I chose Partition 3 since it's the only viable one that can install it on.

It goes to the Installing Windows process (SS attached) but the install fails at the "Getting files ready for installation" portion and says: "Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x800701B1"

What am I missing now? I feel I am getting closer to fixing this.
