Product: HP Elitebook 8470P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi HP Support team, 

 

I bought HP Elitebook 8470P model at second hand. I did not find the recovery media (Windows 7 Professional 64 bit). now my system is too hanging, just want to restore the OS media.

 

Please help me out in this to restore OS.

Hi:

 

This is a peer to peer forum, not HP technical support.

 

You will need to contact HP by telephone and see if you can still order W7 recovery media for your notebook.

 

I have this old HP business PC phone directory.  Hopefully the number to call is still valid for your country.
