Probook 455 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I suddenly have 3 HP Probook G7's with the same issue. When I open Windows Settings , I do not have any button choices to choose. It's just a white window.
I did a sfc /scannnow and that did not resolve the issue.

I right clicked on the Task bar and picked settings, that did not resolve the issue.

Right click on the desktop and chose Display settings and that did not fix the issue.

I tried to roll back the laptop to a previous date and One Drive keeps preventing me from rolling back to a previous date.

I would appreciate if anyone knows what caused it and how to fix the issue?
