Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! So i was just on my laptop when suddenly my windows started rebooting and it was on a continuous loop of “preparing windows don’t turn off windows device” then it proceeded to be stuck on a hp load screen for about 20 seconds and it looped. I tried to do a system recovery but i forgot the password to the account on the laptop and now i can’t do anything. Any suggestions?
