I need help now!

My laptop won't go to my lock screen after the hp logo and the little balls spinning it goes to a black screen. I've tried restarting the Bios and it said windows not starting up correctly so I'm asking for some help 😞

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?

 

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here

Hello thanks for replying to my message!

The laptops product number is 14-cm0011la. I spoke  well texted a virtual agent and I tried  followed the steps given by updating the BIOS but it updated and then said Windows not starting correctly. But i did not try the f2 key during a restart.

Hello!

It worked!!! Even though  I had to reset my computer and lost my security and Microsoft Suite, I'm glad my computer is working now.  Thank you sooo much for your assistance 🙂
