HP Envy 17 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My notebook will not boot up to my sign on screen.  It will get as far as the screen showing the current date and time, but when I hit enter to get to my sign on screen all it does is goes fuzzy.  I've ran every test, and then came up with a failure ID that when I found what it is was 303.  I have an HP Envy 17 Notebook.  I've ran every diagnostic that I can using the esc key when I turn it on.  I've done a roll back and everything and I still keep getting fuzz... HELP!
