Hi, i bought a chromebook online (X360 11 G3 43N32PA) in Feb 2023. The reliable chromebook went dead earlier today (7 Aug 2024).
Nothing helps. plug or no plug, press power for 30 seconds, shaking, etc. When connecting usb to my chromebook, my charger says nothing happens, like not charging at all.
So i went to HP support trying to figure out how to contact HP support. But the website
1 - wants me to key in serial number. The label behind my chromebook slightly faded, i keyed in the serial number and several guesses, nothing is valid. I can look for serial number in the login screen, but my chromebook is not even starting.
2 - wants me to key in error code. My chromebook is not even starting.
So how do i contact HP malaysia? can anyone give me an email.

Hi @teekc78,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
