hi, 

 

my zbook 17 g4 freezes on windows start up from disc, and from a usb recovery boot. sometimes it'll go for a couple of minutes, but no more than that.

 

it runs all day on UEFI system diagnostics loop to failure which reports all systems good.

 

have updated BIOS, enabled legacy/disabled secure boot, cleared TPM, toggled state of graphics and other built in devices, and installed new m.2 and SATA hdds all to no avail.

 

can anyone help please?
