Product: HP notebook

Hi, as soon as my laptop comes on it comes up with System Board CT number is missing. Ontop of that my laptop is running extremely Slow. Please can someone advise me what to do .

This is a Hardware issue and the System board needs to be tattooed with the Product information again

 

I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
