Product: Example: Pavilion 5760

was on line and lost audio. 3min later phone rang said they were H P and I had an audio meltdown. and they were authorized to fix it for 279 dollars , told them I did not have it and they dropped to 159 dollars. no audio at all help.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
