This is the latest BIOS update HP has for the g6-2200's with the AMD processors.

 

HP Pavilion g6-2200 Notebook PC series Software and Driver Details

 

It was written to be run using Windows 8, so I don't know what will happen if you run the update on Q10.

 

Usually, it is no problem, but you have to understand that is no guarantee that it will work fine on your notebook.
