what bios has factory installed os of windows 10 pro

 

needed to clean pc and wanted to upgrade to win 10 pro

 

when i try to do clean install always installs windows 10 home and does not offer option of which os to install

Hi:

 

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it came with W10 Home, which means that there is a W10 Home product key in the BIOS.

There is no such thing as a separate W10 Pro installation file.  The file contains both the Home and Pro versions of W10.

 

So, W10 automatically picks up the W10 Home product key in the BIOS and you will always end up with W10 Home, no matter how many times you try to clean install W10 Pro.
