Hi,

I'm new to this community and really hope that someone can help me with the following issue. Last week I got a message in HP Support Assistant to install an important systemupdate (marked red). After doing this, which included an update for the bios, I noticed that one drive now is locked now by bitlocker. There is no way to open it, unless I insert a 48-character code, which I don't have of course. What should I do to get access again to all my data which is stored in this drive? E.g. can I install a previous version of the bios, and if yes, where can I get it?

I'd be very pleased if somebody could help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Ger
