Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this all started after i went to try to factory reset the pc due to slow performance, i have already retrieved everything i want to keep as far as files on the hard drive and am not concerned with keeping any data on it.  I first began to try to reset the pc via through the settings>update & security>recovery>reset this pc, i clicked on erase everything and it said "recovery environment not found" i attempted to do this through a shut down, tapping f11 to get to recovery environment, and resetting there.  the same thing happened could not reset, so i tries recovery to an earlier point, witch seemed successful (it started the process) came to 11% complete then shut down and restarted. i then tried to reset through the settings again and it said the same thing.

i attempted this again and when it rebooted went into "attempting repairs" at this point i left it alone and plugged in to see if it would startup (waited 24+ Hrs) was still on the same screen i restarted the pc using the power button and now it when i turn it on is shows hp logo and "preparing automatic repairs"  after about 1 minute it shows black screen and i cant do anything from that point. i have tried to get back to recovery options by pressing f11 and it will to to the hp logo and the loading circle then black screen.  i have tried booting a windows installation usb but it will not load. i have went into the f2 diagnostics, and all tests pass. i do not know what else to try
