Product: hp envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My HP Envy is getting blue screen nearly few times a day. I have noticed following patterns
1. bluescreen only happens when there is no music being played - ie if i leave youtube on it does not get blue screen
2. if i have powerupply plugged in and i leave my laptop to get coffee - iget blue screen (ie. when no activity happening on latop)
3. sometime blue screen happens when battery is fully charged
4. battery take a long time to charge but discharges in less than 30 minutes ..
what should i do - i bought the service pack now but it show it is out of warranty so not sur ehow hp can help
