Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i just got got my omen 40L desktop today and it seemed to be working fine, running games and even vr perfectly fine though i when i played with a friend my pc froze and eventually showed half a blue screen until it turned off. ever since my pc has booted up to this screen in the photo and cant find anyone that made a fix for this pc, anybody know what to do about this?
