cannot find support phone number, need output sound driver

Usually gets black screen that says something about BIOS checksum wrong, I think.  Also says will load default BIOS.

Then boots ok.  Can I somehow get the default BIOS to come up right away, instead of going through the black screen.

Would be faster and maybe safer.
