Update the Bios by selecting the current OS version. Click here
BIOS updates can sometimes fix stuff like this. Let the BIOS update do its thing if you decide to do the update. Be patient.
BIOS updates can make things worse if the PC is shut down during the update or you lose AC power.

Good Morning, EIohi.
Thank you for replying to me.
I tried doing what you said but my OS is 23H2, which is not listed in the options when I want to update.
Is there some other way I can resolve this issue?
