hello guys, I am also in the same problem but I found a solution for part of it.....

 

So when I entered windows 10 the keyboard and mouse didnt work. Well

 

I went to  "add or remove programs" 

 

Search for Synaptics 

 

Delete it or remove it. 

 

I restarted my computer and now the track pad works. 

 

I got this idea from this article. In the article it talks about getting a new synaptic driver but I never got to that because deleting that part cleared up the issue.

Now if I could only solve the problem for the keyboard....
