Hello,

If you already use W10 on this computer - on Windows 10 specifically you can upgrade drivers using Device Manager or Windows Update (even though no drivers are present on OEM vendor's web site , aka HP web site) >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03330139

If you already use Windows 10 (been using it for months), no need to upgrade / update BIOS if already working ok.

Hello,

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

Your computer model does not officially support Windows 10. HP hasn't released official Windows 10 drivers for your model and may have not tested the model how it works with Windows 10. It is recommended that you keep using Windows 7 or WIndows 8 (8.1) - they are stable and will be supported respectively until year 2020 and 2023.

Windows 10 - it might work with your model but HP does not officially support this and certain hardware may not work well.

If you decide to test Windows 10 despite everything:

1. Please, back up your most important files

2. You may wish to create a back-up (system image) of your existing OS/HDD - more info >> http://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c03544793

3. Download official test version of Windows 10 Enterprise edition from MS Technet - free for 90 days >> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-10-enterprise

4. Install Windows 10

5. Update drivers using Windows Update or Device Manager >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03330139

This may or may not work but it does not hurt to try if you want to experiement. If it does not work as expected, you may restore back to Windows 7/8.1 using the System Image or manually

Hope this helps.
