Product: elitbook 845 G10

i get bsod constantly, and various error codes
I have installed windows 11 and windows 10,
Update hp drivers
Tested ram and ssd but no problem

I consulted groups and forums and it seems the error is related to charging

Please tell me how to fix it, I just bought the device 2 months ago, and this is my first time using an AMD chip
