OK that took me to Phoenix BIOS Setup Utility
When I exit my Windows Ex logo appears then system shuts down and I am back to the blue screen with enter on password. Any suggestions please. I need help

As I understand the computer gets you a system disabled code on "enter administrator password" and you need assistance with the same,

I've used a 3rd party website to find a solution after a lengthy research, but here it is: 

Try this code: 65083261 (it should reset/remove the administrator password)
