Have tried to reboot by using the BIO's but still receiving this ERROR. HELP PLEASE

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure, means the hard drive is about to fail, or has failed, needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
