I decided to do a factory restore on my HP Stream x360 Convertible PC and it only got part way through and said it could not complete the factory restore. It wouldn't do anything to get out of that error message, so I rebooted the computer. It now only boots to the HP Logo and reboots, over and over to the HP Logo. I tried doing the recovery through the bios but I got the error mess "Error Code 0x0000225" . It will not let me do anything else. I don't have a recovery disk. I used another program the partition of the diisk and they appear to be there. There must have been some files that became corrupted or messed up in some way. I need to know how I can get a Recovery Disk on disk or usb? I'm really upset because I've only had this laptop for just a few weeks. Thank you in advance.
