You will have to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

The other code you posted,  0xc0000225, occurs when system files on your PC are corrupted, or because of faulty hardware (the hard drive in this case).

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing solid state drive (SSD).

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 by making bootable installation media using the Media creation tool from the link below.
