Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have 

HP Pavilion 15-n208tx Notebook PC..I am unable to recover it to factory reset..whenever i am trying to reset it it's  prompting a message saying that some files are missing..please help me to solve this issue

Try the cloud recovery option. Click here. If you have already tried and still having issues, then This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
