Need help trying to reset the password. I'm having trouble logining the computer, I don't have a disk nor flask drive. Help please

Hi,

 

There's a general policy on the forun not to provide ways of bypassing Windows log-on passwords due to security/privacy issues - however, any local computer shop should be able to reset this for you or, if you have all your data backed up, you could consider resetting the machine to its factory condition and setting up the account again.

Hi,

 

If you normally sign-on with an email and password, you can reset the password via another PC from the Microsoft page on the following link.

 

 https://account.live.com/password/reset

 

Note:  If your seeing an error related to the notebook being 'offline', try connecting via an ethernet cable to your access point/router and try again.
