Product: pavilion 15

Hi. I have a strange problem in my laptop that I buy just 3 days ago. I was restarting the laptop (pavilion 15 eh0010la ) so I can complete the instalation of one program. After the restart, and like some minutes more, it appears some green blinking light that finally led the laptop to black screen with the power led light on (maybe a screen that was not fully black but I can't remember exactly). What happened is that after many times pushing the button, it finally power up again with no problems that I can recognize. My question is what is the reason of that error and how can I prevent that problem in the future. Thanks
