I was doing work when suddenly it showed blue screen and then after it restarted it just didn't open and showed me: "boot device not found' after that I went to searched yt tutorial and they generally asked me to put legacy on a setting, but I input all the steps in and there wasn't a legacy option. I tried the ai customer support and it wasn't effective. Can anyone give me tips on how to deal with this situation.

I have already tried resetting it to default and it still doesn't work. I pressed f2 to check for hard drive or hard disk test (I forgot) , but it says there isn't one on the laptop. I searched on YouTube about it and it told me to reseat the hard drive.
