i downgraded from windows 10 pro to windows home edition and my hp preinstalled apps are missing so I want to install hp recovery manager to get back to condition at which I bought it

Factory Fresh is PWR ON and repeatedly press F11.

 

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...
