Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a Bios password that I cant remember and I tried 3 times and got System Disabled A [75F62F38] What can I do to get past this? None of the data is important here I just want to get it back to basic working condition so I can browse the web on it again. It's an HP P010NR Windows 8.1 64 bit.

Sorry but we do not have a pass code generator for HEX codes yet.

 

You will need to contact HP and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.
