@Raj1503, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Cloud Recovery Tool!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you're experiencing issues with the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, such as invalid or expired authentication, there are some steps and alternatives you can try to resolve the problem.

Steps to Resolve Issues:

Ensure Internet Connectivity: Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable. An Ethernet connection is recommended during the recovery process.

Verify System Time and Date: Make sure your system clock and time zone are set accurately as they can affect the authentication process.

Restart the Tool: Sometimes restarting the HP Cloud Recovery Tool can resolve temporary issues.

Check Proxy Settings: If you're on a secure network, the tool should automatically detect and populate proxy settings. If it doesn't, you'll need to enter them manually. Consult with a network administrator for proxy details if necessary.

Alternate USB Port and Drive: Try using a different USB port and ensure your USB flash drive is functioning properly. The USB should be at least 32 GB and be properly recognized during the recovery process.

Computer Compatibility: Confirm that your computer model is supported by checking the supported platforms here.

Alternative Recovery Methods:

HP Recovery Media: You can create recovery media using the HP Recovery media or contact HP support to obtain recovery discs if the tool is not available for your model.

Windows Recovery: Utilize Windows Recovery Environment. Restart your computer and press f11 repeatedly to access the recovery options. Select "Troubleshoot" then "Reset this PC" to perform a system reset.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
