@Robert4863, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Envy 15-cn0000 x360 keyboard is not working, here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Basic Checks

  • Restart your laptop: Sometimes a simple reboot can restore keyboard functionality.
  • External keyboard test: Connect a USB keyboard to check if the issue is hardware-related.

Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics

HP provides a built-in tool to test keyboard hardware:

  • Turn off your laptop.
  • Power it on and immediately press Esc repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.
  • Press F2 to open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
  • Select Component Tests > Keyboard Test and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check for Windows or Driver Issues

  • Open Device Manager (press Win + X > Device Manager).
  • Expand Keyboards, right-click your keyboard device, and choose Uninstall device.
  • Restart your laptop to reinstall the driver automatically.

Also, ensure your system is up to date:

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and install all available updates.
