Today I Buys a hp envy  17.3 inches  and  2019 model  

 When opening  just have 1 hard  I not see a recovery hard and   also not found (hp manager recovery)

Any one help me wht happen to recovery systems in hp ??? 

Not need a recovery hard drive ?

Hi:

 

HP no longer includes the recovery manager software with new PC's because there are two ways to reinstall W10:

 

1. Use the cloud recovery client (info is on your notebook's support page for how to use).

 

This is the info you should find on your notebook's support page...

2. Clean install W10 by using the media creation tool at the link below to create W10 recovery media.

If you want to make a recovery image of the current factory installation, use the free Macrium Reflect software to create a system image of your hard drive, store it on a portable hard drive, and the utility will also have a program to create a bootable rescue DVD or USB flash drive which you boot from to access the system image stored on your portable hard drive.

You can update the system image any time you want, as you add programs and files to your PC.
