My Hard Disk Stop working, and i don`t have a recovery to install on the new hard drive,
i searched on the hp cloud using hp cloud recovery tool, but my laptop not supported,

kindly help me to recover my laptop to its factory status.

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

HP withdraws support for the cloud recovery tool once the model series reaches 5 years of age.

Your only option would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive to reinstall Windows.

Download Windows 10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

i was hoping the company will help me, because i am sure the image file stored somewhere in the company server, or maybe anyone has the same model can upload the image to any cloud.

anyway, i will try your method now, and if in future i got the image with the recovery partition i will use it.
