anyone can help me with my laptop please, my son lock the bios and i dont know what do........

i got the system disabled code is [i 61066313] i apreciate it any help thank you guys.

For that model you will need to contact HP and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

they can't help me with a bin file for my laptop, only have in option send to repair at hp tech guy, the problem is "i need pay for fix $200" is a crazy amount charge for a bios unlock, hope find a diferent solution for my laptop, thank you anyways brother.

Some have had success  by removing the BIOS/RTC battery.

Click on Real Time Clock battery.

I try this option before removing the battery but still asking the password 😞 .......
