Computer crashed when it turned on they gave me the error code 0 XC 0 0 0 0 185 now it's telling me it doesn't recognize the commands there internally or externally it but isn't I can't program commands it won't start up on its own I have the recovery disk is not working I had made it back up for it that isn't working either it won't read them or it can't pathway it's not rebuilding is not repairing doesn't recognize the the boot Rec fix MBR rebuild BX BCD it's not recognizing any of them keep telling me I have severe repairs needed or something along those lines

Hi:

 

Run the hard drive diagnostics test (F2) when you boot up the PC and tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

If the drive passes, the only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
