i brought a notebook 6 months ago ,my laptop has become very slow since last 3 weeks

HP Recommended
hp notebook 15s du1034tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

its been 6 months since i brought the new notebook . it was working alright except for the ocasional lagging. but now since 3 weeks it has been so slow. no amount of clean up and tune up is helping 

I even tried to reset but couldnt . the system is rejecting updates too the screen shows "couldnt update undoing the changes " after 30mins .

Should i visit the service centre or is their any thing i can do about it
