i can't use right click in windows explorer window

i use windows 8.1, hp pavilion touchsmart nb x64. my windows exploreer suddenly gone wrong. i can't use right click.
please help me, i can't access my data

Hi,

 

Try running windows System Restore - picking a restore point at least 24 hours before the problem with the right click context menu occurred.

Hi,

Regarding what caused this, unfortunately there can be many reasons, however one of the most common is installing software which adds an entry to the right click context menu - this can be due to either buggy software or the installation not running correctly.
