Product: HP Notebook - 15-r103ne (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Notebook - 15-r103ne, their screen does not shoe anything and their caps lock blinking continuously I think this is a bios problem but I have tried many time to resolve this issue but not working
