Hi! I have a laptop envyx 360, it fell to the ground the other day, it was not a big distance so i did not give it much importance, ever since then every time I turn it on, i get a message saying it is not recognize the battery, so I called Hp and they wanted me to pay $315, money that I do not have, my laptop is not even a year, but that is not covered, anybody can help me to fix this please???

I sympathize with your problem, but accidental breakage is generally NOT covered under the warranty -- unless you pay extra for a CarePack, and even then, you would have to confirm the coverage with HP Customer Support.

As to repairing it, there is nothing we can do for you about that from here. Sorry, but this is just a self-help forum staffed mostly by volunteers and we are neither able, nor permitted, to provide any repair estimates.
