What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

Bluetooth is a function of the Wi-Fi adapter, and you may need the W10 Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has.

 

If it has a Ralink Wi-Fi adapter and there is no Bluetooth icon showing up at all in the device manager that is a very common issue and there is no fix that I know of other than to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
