Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i dont really remember how long i had this laptop between 1-2 years and i tried to open the uninstall app and it gave me a msg saying "this app cant run on  your PC 

to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"

what do i need to do?
