Hi @icetgok

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for explaining the situation—I'm really sorry you're going through this. It’s incredibly frustrating when the recovery options you expect just aren’t there, especially when all you want is to bring your PC back to its original, out-of-the-box state.

Since Recovery Manager isn’t accessible and the recovery partition isn’t launching from WinRE, the most effective way forward is to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool. This will allow you to download a fresh copy of the factory image for your specific model and create a bootable USB drive to reinstall Windows 11 along with all original drivers and software.

Here’s how to do it:

Step-by-Step: Reinstall Windows 11 Using HP Cloud Recovery

On a working Windows PC, go to this official HP page:
https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/ish_4511095-4511141-16

Scroll down and click Download HP Cloud Recovery Tool.

Once installed, launch the tool and enter your PC’s product ID or serial number when prompted.

Insert a blank USB drive (at least 32 GB). The tool will format it and download the recovery image.

After the process completes, insert the USB into your HP PC.

Power on the PC and immediately tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.

Press F9 to open Boot Device Options, select the USB drive, and follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Windows 11.

This process will restore your system to its original factory condition, including preinstalled drivers and software. If you need help locating your product ID or serial number, I can guide you through that too.

Let me know how it goes or if you’d like help preparing the USB. You're on the right path to getting everything back just the way it was.

If my response helped, please mark it as an Accepted Solution It helps others and spreads support. 💙 Also, tapping "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" makes a big difference! Thanks! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Regards,
