Who/How do I contact when I have an issue with HP web site

Does HP  have a web master?

Since I have not received a reply, here are the issues (if HP really cares):

#1 A text box pops up when using the print preview preventing the text from being read.

#2 Instead of listing all posts in a line indent the replies so the firsts one stand out.

Printer???

I am referring to the HP web-site (which is why I wanted to contact the web master).

My Name and Level block the print preview that I am trying to read.

That defeats the purpose of the print preview.

Just FYI
